“Efficiently managing people resources” and “delegating appropriately” are behaviours under the Dalhousie Leadership Competency, Resource & Process Management.

Taking Your Team to the Next Level with Delegation  is a 21 minute video course that delivers practical delegation ideas. The overall focus is on managing delegation to develop your team. You will learn how to avoid common delegation risks and reflect on your own delegation technique.
