DAL AC Athletes of the Week
Sept 1st  -  8th

Women – Sian Rankin

Sian Rankin, returning as a 16-17 CCAA All-Canadian made her mark early in the 17-18 season.  In the Rams Pre-season Tournament , Sian scored 1 against UKC  (1-0 Rams win) and 4 against Crandall   (4-2 Rams win) to lift her team to a 2-0 record for the day.  Showing great fitness coming to camp and typical speed, Rankin benefited from the play of new recruits and seasoned veterans to see great opportunities on offense for her squad.

Men - Derick Medeiros

As a Rams rookie, Derick had a strong game out of centre back completing a number of crucial tackles which preserved a better second half outing. Derick also stood out for the positive vocal leadership he showed in guiding the team to a more confident second half. This is all in addition to playing a new position within a new system.
