Some of our most eloquent voices will be heard on the Dalhousie Agricultural campus on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 6:30 – 7:30 pm during the first ever Writers Read Series being held at MacRae Library in the Librarian’s Corner.
Our Writers Read Series will showcase the works of student, faculty and staff novelists and will include the theatrical arts as well as poetry, fiction, and nonfiction in this writers at the Dalhousie Agricultural Campus event.
Our November 10th event will showcase the creative work of John Yool and Rosaria Campbell reading from their work as well as present Professor Emeritus Peter Sanger and photographer Thaddeus Holownia launching Working in the Dark: Homage to John Thompson.
This series is a new venue for local student, faculty and staff authors on the Dalhousie Agricultural Campus to read or perform from their works and gives them the opportunity to interact with authors who will be reading from their written works or displaying their writing in a variety of ways. Writers are invited to sign up for upcoming events by contacting Verna Mingo at Verna.Mingo@dal.ca or 902.893.4581.
