Noon Hour Sessions with SJM Fitness

The Langille Athletic Centre is working with SJM Fitness to offer another round of Sara’s Metabolic Circuit. 

Join us for lunch as Sara puts you though a workout like no other!

Noon Hour Session is just $66.00
September 8 – October 3, M-W-F
