Arielle Fitzgerald (DAL AC) wins the women’s run (5K) for the second time this season in a time of 19:34 .  The top DAL AC runner on the men’ side (8K) was Logan Grant who finished in 28:44

DAL AC hosted an ACAA Tournament at Northumberland Links – Sept 29

Riley Giffen – Cross Country

At the 2012 championships Riley came in at 33:55 and this year after the second race,  he is at 31:56.

With almost a two minute improvement over last season, he continues to  train hard and has really stepped up with his contribution as a team leader. His positive attitude is contagious!   Well Done Riley !
