Kudos are extended to Dr. Sarah Stewart-Clark for her recent interview on CBC Information Morning on "stopping the spread of tunicates."

Congratulations to Tandra Fraser, Faculty of Agriculture who won first prize for her oral presentation and third prize for her poster presentation at the Canadian Society of Soil Science (CSSS) annual conference in Winnipeg last week. With almost 60 graduate students presentating there was a strong graduate competition at this years CSSS meetings. Tandra is in the final year of her PhD research examining biologically-mediated soil phosphorus turnover in long-term organic an conventional management systems, at the Faculty of Agriculture in Truro under the supervision of Dr. Derek Lynch, Canada Research Chair in organic agriculture, with co-supervision by Dr. Kari Dunfield, University of Guelph.
