Congratulations to Chang Lin Ye, Qi Lui and Zeyu Zhang.
I just wanted to acknowledge the amazing presentations that three of our Aquaculture students made at the AANS Seafarmers Conference 2013: “Responsible Sea Farming to Feed the World”, held in Halifax – January 24-25.
Our students were three of five students selected to present their undergraduate research at the conference and they all represented Dalhousie and the Aquaculture program extremely well.
Their presentations were very well received by the conference attendees. The students involved were Chang Lin Ye, Qi Lui and Zeyu Zhang. Of all of the five student presenters, Chang Lin Ye was selected as the winner of the Cathy Enright scholarship ($1000). All three Dalhousie students were excellent ambassadors of our program at this conference. Congratulations to Dr. Jim Duston and Dr. Derek Anderson for having such well-prepared students! It was certainly noticed at the conference.
