Ca' Foscari's G@V - Research and Training for Global Challenges” Co-fund Fellowship Programme is a 60-month project launched by Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and jointly funded by the European Commission's Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions COFUND scheme that is designed to offer fifteen 24-month post-doctoral fellows from around the globe a truly international, interdisciplinary, and inter-sectoral training experience.

The project aims to strengthen high-profile researchers’ capacities through collaboration with Ca' Foscari's Institute for Global Challenges - a transdisciplinary centre where thematic groups develop advanced research to face current and future global challenges - in order to provide Europe and the world with a pool of researchers capable of bridging the gap between academic and applied research, and between research and the market.

Eight fellows were selected last year, and the call for applications for the remaining seven fellowships is now online.

Applicants are requested to submit their own research proposal in connection with one of Ca' Foscari's six multidisciplinary Research for Global Challenges Institutes (RGCI), selecting the one best suited to support their individual research and training needs.
