Tri‑agency Grants Management Solution (TGMS)

Posted by Jaq-Lin Larder on June 7, 2021 in Announcements

The Canadian Institutes of Health Research, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada have launched a call for nominations to recruit additional members to participate on the Tri-agency grants management solution (TGMS) External advisory board.

The TGMS Board has identified a need for individuals with expertise in Indigenous research as well as individuals with expertise in accessibility and accommodations for persons with disabilities in the research community. To ensure a balanced representation of perspectives, other factors will be taken into consideration in the overall composition of the Board, such as member experience and geographic location as well as equity, diversity and inclusion factors.

Members of the External advisory board are expected to contribute to strategic discussions and it is therefore anticipated that they will have an appropriate expertise to contribute at this level. Collectively, the members will possess extensive knowledge of the Canadian research landscape and the grants management ecosystem.

You are invited to nominate a colleague or yourself to be part of the TGMS External advisory board.

To find out more about the roles and responsibilities of the External advisory board members, please read the Terms of reference

For detailed information about the call for nominations, please visit the TGMS website. The deadline to submit nominations is June 25, 2021
