» Go to news mainNIDA ‑ Step Up for Substance Use Disorder (SUD): A Drug Target Initiative for Scientists Engaged in Fundamental Research
The United States National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), part of the United States National Institutes of Health (NIH), has issued a new Funding Opportunity Announcement on A Drug Target Initiative for Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Please consult the FOA for eligibility and application requirements.
NIDA intends to fund an estimate of 50 awards, corresponding to a total of $10 million USD for fiscal year 2020. Application budgets are limited to $150,000 direct cost and must reflect the actual needs of the proposed project. The maximum project period is 1 year.
To assist with the application process, informational webinars covering various topics related to the FOA and the submission of the application will be offered on the following dates:
