CFI has issued a draft Call for Proposals (pdf) for the second competition of Challenge #1 of the Cyberinfrastructure Initiative. The Cyberinfrastructure Initiative intends to support research data infrastructure projects that create tailored, shared and integrated data resources (e.g. databases and data repositories) capable of enabling leading-edge research on significant scientific, social and economic questions.  Projects should bring together a community of researchers from across the country who share similar challenges linked to the availability of research data.

CFI is seeking feedback on the draft Call for Proposals until March 20, 2017.  Comments and feedback can be sent to cyber@innovation.ca.
