The Weston Brain Institute, which supports translational research to accelerate the development of therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases of aging, has announced a new funding program: Weston Brain Institute Postdoctoral Scholars 2017.
This program aims to encourage development of the next generation of leading Canadian neuroscientists by providing an outstanding international experience with support for a postdoctoral position at the University of Oxford, and affiliation with Merton College. Scholars should plan to build their careers in Canada upon completion of their postdoctoral position.
Award amount: £57,000 per year (£44,000 per year + benefits) for 2 years
