Description: Join Hillary Ferguson for a discussion on the emotional demands of supporting students, colleagues, and others while managing our own responsibilities and wellbeing.

This session will explore the challenges of supporting others while managing our own wellbeing and responsibilities. Participants will learn practical strategies for managing emotional demands, establishing healthy boundaries, and recognizing when they may need support themselves.
