Bai Bintou Kaira (BEng'18) was nominated for the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards in Saskatoon in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) category. This category honours women who have excelled in the pursuit of these fields and demonstrate excellence through achievements such as groundbreaking original research, discovery and/or academic publication, outstanding practical innovation and/or invention, mentoring and creating opportunities for women in their field, and/or overcoming barriers.
