Primary Health Care Research Day 2015

CoR-PHC Hosts second annual Primary Health Care Research Day 

On June 4, 2015, the 2015 Primary Health Care Research Day brought together interested parties to discuss how research can be leveraged to improve PHC in Nova Scotia.

Dr. Lisa Dolovich of McMaster University was the Keynote Speaker, sharing her experience working in interdisciplinary research teams.  The slides from her presentation can be downloaded below.  In addition the day featured:

The day was attended by members of the Nova Scotia Health Authority, researchers from many faculties at Dalhousie University, and representatives from the Primary Health Care branch of the Department of Health and Wellness.  Supporting CoR-PHC's mandate of increasing primary healthcare research capacity at Dalhousie, the event was attended by learners from a range of disciplines.
