Director's Message Spring 2025
Dalhousie Engagement Days in full swing!
Dalhousie Engagement Days are happening around Nova Scotia! As a School of Occupational Therapy, we aim to strengthen our connection with and learn from Dal alums, preceptors, and our clinical community.

To date this year, we’ve engaged in activities in Windsor and Yarmouth, including dialoguing with local NS Health partners at Practice Education meetings, expressing gratitude to and reconnecting with long-term donor alumnus Myrna King, enjoying local delights and swapping stories during the Faculty of Health Alumni Event held at the Tusket Falls Brewing Company, and sharing wheelchair skills training clinical knowledge with four occupational therapists, 4 rehabilitation assistants, and one student at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital.
Thank you to everyone who has joined in our activities so far! It’s been wonderful! Stay tuned for upcoming events in Cape Breton (May 9), Guysborough (May 27), and Pugwash/Amherst (date TBD).
