Rachel Parker

Rachel Parker is in her second year of Medicine at Dalhousie University (Class of 2024). Prior to her current studies, she completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan and the University of Birmingham, England, as part of an exchange program. During her undergraduate, she conducted an Honours’ Project with the Centre for Heart, Lung and Vascular Health, examining exercise tolerance in patients with non-small cell lung cancer after lung resection surgery with curative intent. Rachel is conducting her Research in Medicine Project with Dr. Noni Macdonald, Dr. Jeannette Comeau, Shawn Harmon and the TRRU team, examining the regulations that govern practitioners who administer routine and emergency immunizations throughout Canada.
