On February 27, 2025, the Government of Canada released their initial plans for the Canadian Sovereign AI Compute Infrastructure program. As the Federally funded coordinating body for Digital Research Infrastructure in Canada, DRAC is developing a plan for the submission of a statement of intent for the Canadian AI Compute Infrastructure program.

DRAC has extended an invite to participate in virtual town halls to share our vision for Canada, gather valuable insights and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
