The IATUL 2016 Conference Committee is pleased to invite sponsors and exhibitors to take part in the 37th Annual IATUL Conference 2016 at Dalhousie University in Halifax.

The 2016 IATUL Conference is a continuation of a series of successful annual meetings that have been held over the last 61 years. The event is expected to attract close to 200 delegates from all over the world. This year’s conference will offer great opportunities to both commercial and non-commercial organisations, allowing them to showcase their services and products in a professional way.

This year’s theme: Library Leadership in a Sea of Change reflects not only Dalhousie’s location by the ocean, but also provides the opportunity to share cutting edge experiences and knowledge during this time of continuing change in the world of libraries. The programme will be organized around the following five sub-themes:

  • Collaboration
  • Preparing the workforce, skills development
  • Changing role of libraries in scholarly communication and assessment
  • Physical library; Learning spaces
  • Data management/Science

Sponsorship levels

Platinum Sponsor ($ 20,000 CAD and above)

Sponsors at the platinum level will receive the following:

  • Conference literature will note your company on the front cover of the program and all Conference literature as a Platinum sponsor (the company logo will be depicted)
  • Acknowledgment of the Platinum sponsorship on the Conference web site (dal.ca/iatul2016)
  • One full page monochrome advertisement in the final program (if supplied by the sponsor)
  • A complimentary conference registration for a Company representative, including the sponsored event
  • A list of all delegates who attended the Conference
  • A company banner (provided by the sponsor) will be displayed in the Conference area
  • A promotional flyer, provided by your company, for inclusion in the delegates' satchels
  • Possibility to address the audience during main sponsored event (5 to 10 min.)

Gold Sponsor ($ 15,000 – $ 19,999 CAD)

Sponsors at the gold level will be offered:

  • Conference literature will note your company as a Gold sponsor (the company logo will be depicted)
  • One half page monochrome advertisement in the final program (if supplied by the sponsor)
  • Acknowledgment of the Gold sponsorship on the Conference web site (dal.ca/iatul2016)
  • A complimentary conference registration for one Company representative
  • A list of all delegates who attended the Conference
  • A promotional flyer, provided by your company, for inclusion in the delegates' satchels

Silver Sponsor ($ 10,000 – $ 14,999 CAD)

Sponsors at the silver level will be offered:

  • Conference literature will note your company as a Silver sponsor
  • A list of all delegates who attended the Conference
  • Acknowledgment in the final program
  • Acknowledgment of your Silver Sponsorship on the Conference web site (dal.ca/iatul2016)

Bronze Sponsor ($ 5,000 – $ 9,999 CAD)

Sponsors at the bronze level will be offered:

  • Conference literature will note your company as a bronze sponsor
  • A list of all delegates who attended the Conference
  • Acknowledgment in the final program
