Mark Juhasz

 

Mark has a PhD from the Ontario Agricultural College at the University of Guelph, with specialization in market research, agr-food analytics and insights, and sustainable rural development. He has extensive teaching and facilitation experience, having led classes and seminars at the Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph, at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and at the Pilon School of Business at the Sheridan Institute of Technology, where he has specialized in teaching business and sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and innovation in rural and agri-food economies. He has worked with public, private and charitable organizations on projects across Canada and internationally, including with; Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Global Affairs Canada, Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Government of Mexico Public Education Secretariat, Ontario Ministry of Agriculture-Food and Rural Affairs, Livestock Research Innovation Corporation, Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association, British Columbia First Nations Economic Development Agencies, Conference Board of Canada, HEXO Corporation, Mandrake Human Capital, the Business Development Bank of Canada, and the Dairy Farmers of Ontario. Mark contributes articles and opinion columns to the CBC, the Globe and Mail and the agri-food media such as Better Farming.
