Dick Huggard honoured at Truro Raceway
On behalf of the department of Agriculture and the Nova SCotia Farm Loan Board you are formally invited to the dedication of the newly renovated grandstand ceremony to unveil the new grandstand and honour its namkesake.
Through decades of leadership and engagement with farmers and industry groups, Dick Huggard was an incredible ambassador for agriculture in Nova Scotia.
He will be honoured at an event at the Truro Raceway prior to its 2024 seaon opener event
