Dr. Gianfranco Mazzanti is the Principal Investigator in our group. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Guelph in 2004, and has been at Dalhousie since 2006.

Dr. Mazzanti has extensive expertise in multiphase processing engineering, especially in the area of crystallization of triacylglcerols under shear flow.
