- Crystallization of lipids, especially tryacylglycerols
- Control of continuous bioreactors
- Gas-liquid mass transfer in bubbles
- Development of specialized instrumentation such as Rheo-NMR, synchrotron Rheo-XRD, Rheo-SANS and Rheo-microscopy.
