 Air Canada Conference Travel Flight Discount: A discount of 15% is available for conference travel on Air Canada flights (excluding Tango). Travel must occur within seven days of the conference start and end dates. The promotional code JR6NRZA1 must be used during the flight booking process.

 Lord Nelson Hotel to Mount St. Vincent University: Bus transportation will be available on Thursday, February 20th and Friday, February 21st for travel from the conference hotel to Mount St. Vincent University.

Wireless Access

If you are visiting Dalhousie or MSVU from another Eduroam-affiliated institution, you can use your own home institution’s wireless credentials to access the Eduroam wireless network. If you do not use Eduroam, wireless credentials are available from the registration desk on either campus.

 Set up Eduroam at your home institution first to confirm it works. 

  • Contact your home institution for any help or support for setting up or accessing Eduroam (no matter what institution you are visiting). 
  • There is no guarantee that Eduroam will provide the same access to resources as your home or other visited institution's wireless networks.

Parking 

Free parking is available in the McCain and Rosaria parking lots for all conference participants at Mount Saint Vincent University on February 20-21 from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Free parking lots are circled in red on the attached campus map. The lower McCain parking lot is accessed turning left entering from the main campus entrance. The upper McCain and Rosaria parking lots are best accessed from Seton Road (a left turn at the crosswalk on the Bedford highway).
