DPS Slack Channel

We have launched a DPS Slack channel in hopes to create a more ‘live’ and exciting medium for postdocs to engage and interact with one another and co-plan casual events/meetups. For now, we are doing this on an invite basis, so if you wish to be added to the group, please contact us at dps@dal.ca

DPS Professional Development Workshop: Non-Academic Job Interview & Hiring Process, June 9th, 2021 3-4:30pm

We will be holding the next in our professional development workshop series which will be the second of a two-part workshop on Hiring & Interview Processes and will focus on the Non-Academic Career Path. We have arranged a diverse panel of speakers to provide postdocs with their perspectives on the non-academic job search, advice on what they think may help strengthen your applications, how they planned the transition from postdoc to non-academic career, and to provide some insights into the interview process.
