News and events for Dal staff and faculty

For November 30, 2021

Today is Giving Tuesday.

In a new video, Dal President Deep Saini invites the Dal community to join him in supporting students struggling with food insecurity. Rising food prices have contributed to increased dependence on the DSU’s food bank, which saw some 5,000 visits in the last year.

Today, you can show students you care about their wellbeing by making a gift to The Food Security Project. Gifts up to $20,000 will be matched by the J & W Murphy Foundation, so they’ll have double the impact.
