Undergraduate student helps those back home
Third-year microbiology and immunology student Ali Hammoud hopes to go to medical school and become a neurosurgeon. Last summer, he returned to his home country of Lebanon to work at a non-profit medical institution that offers no-cost treatment to children. Diving into Shark Conservation & Research in Nova Scotia: June 8
In celebration of World Oceans Day, the Faculty of Science is hosting its third annual oceans-themed panel discussion at 6:00 pm in the atrium of the Steele Ocean Sciences Building on June 8, 2023. This year's discussion will include subject matter experts from Dalhousie University and the community to explore an in-depth conversation on shark conservation and research in Nova Scotia.
