Dalhousie University Conference on University Teaching and Learning: May 3-4

The 25th annual Dalhousie Conference on University Teaching and Learning (DCUTL) aims to promote the importance of university teaching and learning among faculty, staff and graduate students. This year’s conference will be held in-person and virtually at the Kenneth C. Rowe Management Building on May 3 and 4. Visit the Centre for Learning and Teaching website for complete details. Registration opens April 7. 

Research Camp from Dal Libraries: May 15

Registration is now open for Research Camp from Dalhousie Libraries for research assistants, teaching assistants and graduate students. Research Camp is designed to take you through the elements of research from basic to advanced through a combination of asynchronous modules on Brightspace and live online sessions on Teams. Learn more and see how to self-register in Brightspace before the course begins on May 15.

Diving into Shark Conservation & Research in Nova Scotia: June 8


In celebration of World Ocean's Day, Dalhousie's Faculty of Science is hosting it's third annual ocean's themed panel discussion at 6:00PM in the atrium of the Steele Ocean Sciences Building on June 8, 2023. This year's discussion will include subject matter experts from Dalhousie University and the community, to explore an in-depth conversation on shark conservation and research in Nova Scotia.
