Orientation schedules out now
The Dalhousie Student Union and Dalhousie present 2025 Orientation Week for new students. You can see the full schedule of events in Halifax at dsu.ca/oweek, including events hosted by Student Affairs and various Faculties.
Want to help students feel welcomed? Volunteering during move-in weekend and the first week of classes. Complete the volunteer expression of interest form.
NSERC Indigenous collaboration agreement template
The new template will emphasize the credibility and substance of the collaboration, not on obtaining formal signatures or completing a specific format, and will be required at the full application stage for any proposal that includes Indigenous research.
Dalhousie’s African Nova Scotian Strategy group has secured a prestigious SSHRC Insight Grant to propel an important research ethics project into its next phase.
Visit the DFA negotiations page on the Labour Relations website for updated FAQs and information on contract negotiations with the Dalhousie Faculty Association, including contingency planning in the event of a potential strike or lockout.
