Out now: Orientation schedules
Dalhousie University and the Dalhousie Student Union proudly present the 2024 Orientation Week programming: Halifornia Dreaming.
Visit dsu.ca/oweek for a schedule in Halifax, including events hosted by Student Affairs and various Faculties.
Faculty and staff who are interested in volunteering during move-in weekend and the first week of classes to help students feel welcomed are invited to complete the volunteer expression of interest form.
The newest blog posts from our 2024 OpenThink cohort are now available to read — covering everything from the use of AI in treating drug-resistant epilepsy, to the ways in which teleworking is transforming housing, office space and downtown economies.
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Jonathan Wilkinson toured Dal’s battery labs and met with student researchers during a visit to announce $10.15 million in funding for the Canadian Battery Innovation Centre.
