Wireless access points migration

Information Technology Services (ITS) team is currently replacing wireless Access Points (APs) and migrating them to the new infrastructure. After the APs migration, the Dal-WPA2 network will no longer be available. You can connect to the new network called Dalhousie.

Cheer on the Tigers at the Wanderers Grounds!

The Tigers battle STFX this Saturday, September 21 at the home of the Halifax Wanderers, Halifax’s lone professional soccer team. We have a special ticket price for Dalhousie’s faculty, staff and students!

Increased hours of operation at the Dal Bookstore

We’ve adjusted our schedule to fit yours better! To better serve our community, the Dal Bookstore in the Student Union Building will open a half hour earlier Monday through Friday, allowing students, staff, and faculty to shop for essentials and supplies when it best suits their busy schedules.

Wayne Paquet Indispensable Service Award

The call for nominations for the Wayne Paquet Award for Indispensable Service is now open. The award recognizes employees of the Registrar’s Office who have positively influenced life at Dalhousie. Nominations are encouraged from the RO and wider university community.

Reminder: New Contract Approval and Signing Policy

Dal has a new Contract Approval and Signing Policy, effective September 1, 2024, that governs processes for the signing of contracts and other legal instruments, including specifying authorized signatories and contract review requirements.
