Kicking off today

Today marks the first day of Dal Innovation Week — a week dedicated to showcasing ventures and innovations springing up across campus and the dynamic network of programming and support offered in the university entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.

Stop by the Imhotep’s Legacy Academy (ILA) Learning Centre to see the Black Innovators in STEM Exhibit and the atrium in the Goldberg Computer Science Building to see the Tech Innovation Showcase

Celebrating National Payroll Week

As National Payroll Week has rolled around (September 16 – 20), we want to recognize the incredible work our Payroll team does.

New surplus items added in Halifax

Dal has a surplus materials program where equipment, furniture and supplies that were purchased with university funds and are no longer needed can be bid on and reused. Visit dal.ca/surplus to learn more.

'I want to see the hustle': Meet Brice Scheschuk, alum and Dal Demo Day judge

The first-ever Dal Innovation Week has rapidly become a magnet for people with big ideas and a lot of hustle. This includes Dalhousie alumnus and Wind Mobile co-founder, Brice Scheschuk, who will be judging Thursday’s Demo Day pitch competition.
