Legal scholar wins prestigious Killam Fellowship

Dr. Elaine Craig is one of eight Canadian researchers chosen this year to receive the Dorothy Killam Fellowship — among the most esteemed academic awards in the country. She joins the ranks of just nine Dal researchers to have received the award since 1969.

The fellowship will support Dr. Craig in her study aimed at understanding why so many sexual assault cases fail to progress to trial and how we can improve the investigation and prosecution of these offences.
