3MT Finals tonight
Yesterday, many of Dal's brightest and boldest graduate students competed in the 3 Minute Thesis (3MT) heats. Tonight, those winners are set to square off in the final round of the university's annual battle of brains and brevity. All are invited to the final showdown, which takes place from 6:30-8 p.m. in the Student Union Building's McInnes Room. Full details.
Rapidly evolving digital technology enables hackers to more easily access and manipulate information across the internet, exposing a threat to democracy in Canada and elsewhere, said UK-based expert Carl Miller at a Dal-hosted forum last week.
