All Dal students, faculty, and staff can now make and track technology requests through the mySupport service portal.
mySupport is the first place you should go for everything related to technology support – including:
Requesting new hardware or software;
Fixing a virus or issue; and
Getting support for digital tools and systems.
mySupport keeps track of all your requests, allowing you to see the status of active items and to communicate with the team members who are working to help you.
