Join the Dalhousie Urban Garden Society and the Growing Communities Event committee (led by Human Resources and DPMG) to help harvest the last of the veggies and clean-up the garden on Wednesday, October 16, 12 – 1 pm, before the end of the season. All of the fresh produce from the garden is donated to the Loaded Ladle, that provides locally-sourced food on-campus, in support of its “free meals program” for students.
There is no need to register, bring a co-worker and meet us at the Community Garden, located on Henry Street behind the Computer Science building. Questions? Contact hr200@dal.ca.
