DEPARTMENT/LOCATION:  Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences Sciences

PAY RATE:  According to CUPE Agreement Local 3912

WORK ASSIGNMENT:  The school term starts on Sept 3, 2019 and ends Dec 15, 2019.

- DEMONSTATORS: Duties include meeting with the course instructor/TAs, reading and/or doing the lab/tutorial material in advance of the lab, and instruction during the lab or tutorial on a one-on-one or small group basis.

- MARKERS: Duties include meeting with the course instructor/TAs, setting a marking key, marking labs/assignments/tutorials, and compiling marks in a spreadsheet. You may be expected to mark student submissions in the exam period and/or invigilate the final exam.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:  Applicants should be senior undergraduate students in the Department of Earth Sciences or have comparable academic background and be a student at Dalhousie.
