Valuing Employee Performance (Supervisors Session)

“Valuing Employee Performance” is a half-day training session designed to present a framework for the Performance Development and provide you with tools that you can use on a daily basis to enhance your team performance, without adding a huge burden on your day-to-day work. How does that sound?

The program will cover the following areas:

  • Creation of strategic, tactical and operational goals
  • Aligning goals to strategy
  • Performance review practices
  • Providing continuous feedback
  • Defining development requirements and support
