Walktober Weekly Trivia

Posted by Human Resources on October 23, 2018 in Human Resources

Each Tuesday in Today@Dal for the month of October a mystery location and question will be posted about the campus on which you work – Agricultural, Carleton, Sexton, Studley. By noon on Friday, email your answer to healthy@dal.ca for a chance to win a weekly prize. Feel free to answer questions about more than one campus.

For the week of October 22nd:

Agriculture: What natural feature is to your right when you first walk into the Student Learning Commons?

Carleton: How many steps take you to the main entrance of the Clinical Research Centre at 5849 University Avenue?

Sexton: What is one of the names on the front of the Ralph Medjuck Architecture Building at 5410 Spring Garden Road?

Studley: What is the name of the artist of the sculpture on University Avenue between the Rowe Building and the Arts Centre? The piece is called Marine Venus.

Congratulations to winners from Walktober Week 3: Dalplex water bottles and day passes went to Tony Slade (ITS), Sarah Peddle (Global Health Office) and Cindy Legere (HR). At the time of posting, Kathy McInnis (Dentistry) had not yet selected her prize. All entries go into the end-of-the-month draw for prepaid Visa cards from Johnson Insurance.
