Identifying Organizational Risks

Leading processes that result in organizational risks being identified supports the Dalhousie Leadership Competency Thinking and Acting Strategically.

Identifying Risks in Your Organization is a 29-minute video course that delivers practical ideas for risk identification. Brainstorming and interviews as well as reviews, analysis and the Delphi technique are all explored.  Being able to consider both internal and external risks “demonstrates a fundamental grasp of the current organization context, strategy and objectives.”
