As part of its commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity, Senate aims to constitute a body that is reflective of the diversity in our society. Further to the recent amendments to the membership provisions of the Senate Constitution, the Senate Planning and Governance Committee (SPGC), on behalf of Senate, will appoint two Academic Unit Senators at Large for a three-year term from July 1, 2018 to June 2021.
Interested faculty members who wish to submit nominations for the position of Academic Unit Senator at Large should send their nomination and materials to Kevin Hewitt, Chair, Senate Planning and Governance Committee, University Secretariat, Room 210, Henry Hicks Academic Administration Building, by April 27, 2018.
