Managing motivation during change

Change and Innovation is one of Dalhousie's Leadership Competencies.

Helping your team develop the necessary skills for change and innovation and creating an environment where change and innovation can happen are some of the behaviours for this competency.

Managing Motivation during Change shows you how to keep employees motivated, ways to communicate and acknowledge the employees’ experiences. You’ll also learn to recognize the three phases of change – denial, resistance and acceptance.
