Change and Innovation is one of Dalhousie's Leadership Competencies.

Being ready and able to meet the changing needs of the institution encompasses many individual behaviours. Taking the imitative to look for new ways to do things and approaching challenges and opportunities creatively are key. Helping teams to develop the necessary skills for change and innovation is also needed.

Unleashing Personal and Team Creativity  is a 30 minute video that explores:

·         Overcoming personal barriers to creativity

·         Boosting creative performance

·         Brainstorming basics
