Today@Dal

Each week in Today@Dal for the month of October, a mystery location and question was posted about each of our campuses – Agricultural, Carleton, Sexton, Studley. We are very pleased to announce that we received 47 responses to this new initiative.

Others participated in the Walkabout NS contest using the Heart and Stroke website, which saw a great turnout with 10 groups registered and 107 participants. The total number of steps to date recorded on these groups’ pages is roughly 56 000 000 steps!

We gave out a total of 13 prizes. The Grand Prize Draw winner, Maria Fe Elder from the Department of Mathematics & Statistics, received a $250 MasterCard gift card from Johnson Insurance. Our other end-of-month draw winner is Laura Avery from MEOPAR, who won a Johnson prize pack.
