Clarity and Conciseness in Business Writing

Competency in communication means you are able to express yourself effectively (clearly, consistently, coherently, persuasively) both orally and in writing.

The Skillsoft video Clarity and Conciseness in Business Writing  looks at:

·         Choosing words that are simple and concrete

·         Selecting appropriate modifiers and transitions

·         Choosing the right voice and

·         providing a clear purpose to your writing

This 30 minute video is linked to the development of a Dalhousie Core Competency - Communication.
