Open consultation forum: LGBTQ2S+ staff
This forum is one in a series taking place as part of Dalhousie's employment systems review (ESR). All staff members who self-identify as belonging to the LGBTQ2S+ community are invited to attend. The focus of the forum will be your experiences as LGBTQ2S+ staff at Dalhousie. Please note that there will also be a forum for faculty and staff who identify as trans and/or non-binary and geared towards discussing experiences and issues that may be unique to this group. If you identify as trans and/or non-binary, you are welcome to attend either session, or both. While there may be questions asked by the facilitator to prompt conversation, the structure will primarily be open discussion.

The open consultation forums, running in winter and spring 2021, are opportunities for faculty and staff to discuss their experiences and observations as Dalhousie employees with the goal of making Dalhousie a more inclusive and equitable workplace. As part of the employment systems review, feedback gathered in the forums will help to inform Dalhousie's employment equity planning for the coming years.
