Graduate Student Professional Development: Identifying Personal Strengths: Uncovering How to Work Well with Others and Yourself
How can we work by ourselves and with others more productively? Join Anna Smith, Internship Training Lead with Venture for Canada, in this workshop that centres on the MBTI-based 16Personalities Quiz.
Throughout this session, participants will collaboratively identify the strengths, challenges, opportunities, and threats of their own personality tendencies, and those of others.
By using data, reflection, and storytelling, individuals will uncover insights on how to grow comfortable with new teams, and to create a foundation for productivity and success to make those new teams great.
Facilitator: Anna Smith, Internship Training Lead with Venture for Canada, a national charity focused on accelerating the growth of Canadian youth, startups and small businesses through immersive learning opportunities and an expanding entrepreneurial network.
This event is co-hosted by the Faculty of Graduate Studies and the Centre for Learning & Teaching.
Please RSVP by November 18.
Attendance is limited to 30 graduate students.
