Prof. Joseph Schwarcz from McGill University, better known as "Dr. Joe" from his television and radio appearances, and from his best-selling books like "Monkeys, Myths and Molecules", will present the 40th Annual Walter J. Chute Lecture.  In this lecture,  he will separate fact from fiction about what to eat, what not to eat and how to recognize the scientific basis of food chemistry.  Dr. Joe entertains as much as he informs, so this will be one chemistry lecture for everyone to enjoy
