PeopleAdmin Drop-in Session (HALIFAX and TRURO)
Human Resources recently launched a new recruitment system, PeopleAdmin, for faculty and staff. This new system replaced CareerBeacon for hiring staff and will replace much of our paper-based recruitment process. The roll-out of PeopleAdmin will be a phased approach, and will begin with all staff and grant-paid hiring.
This session is desinged for managers who hire staff. We will cover the basics of navigating the system, creating a posting, viewing applicants, the applicant workflow and the hiring proposal. Please register for this session so we know to expect you.
Academic Staff Relations will roll out the faculty module of PeopleAdmin throughout the spring and summer. Separate training sessions for those who hire faculty will be scheduled seperately.
