2019 ENSL China Program Student Conference

The 8th annual student conference to be held on Thursday March 28, 2019, at 9:30 am- 1:30 pm will showcase the research and academic writing skills of the third-year Economics students from Dalhousie University’s joint program (China Program) with Shandong University of Finance and Economics and Renmin University in China. Students will share their perspectives on the relationship of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations with Economics.
According to the official website of SDGs (2018), “the Sustainable Development Goals are 17 priority goals that cover a number of important issues for the world, including: ending extreme poverty, ensuring all children receive a good education, achieving equal opportunities for all, and promoting better practices for consumption and production that will help make the planet cleaner and healthier.”
